Flowers are blooming, but where are Southwest Michigan’s butterflies?  No monarch butterflies have been seen at the butterfly gardens at Wolf Lake State Fish Hatchery in Mattawan or at the gardens at Gilkey Elementary School in Plainwell.  Careful scrutiny of 700 milkweed plantings revealed one tiny first instar monarch caterpillar in Paw Paw.  Wild Ones Kalamazoo Area more »

North Oakland Chapter participates in Garden Walks

Pinch Back your Milkweed Plants
